The annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta started this past weekend and we took the kids to visit family and experience the magic of the balloon fiesta. It was Kai's second time although I doubt he remembers his first time and Laiken's first! Aric has been going since he was small and I've been going since I met Aric! Haha! So we've been a good amount of times, but this one was different. Kai was old enough this time to understand a little more and his excitement and enthusiasm about everything was just infectious! Just so much fun to watch him ooh and aah over something! We celebrated Kai's best bud, Killian's birthday on Sunday too and it was just so much fun!
Here are a few photos from the weekend! Adventures are so fun with these people! So thankful! And if you're ever in or around Albuquerque near the beginning of October, the balloon fiesta is not to be missed! Definitely something everyone should experience at least once!
